Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the agentnoda platform ("the Service") operated by Void Inc. ("we", "us") in Australia.
By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
agentnoda is a business-to-business platform for AI-powered outbound and inbound calling, SMS, and contact management. Features include AI voice agents, call recording and transcription, AI-generated summaries, lead management, sequence workflows, and integration with third-party systems (CRM, payments, etc.).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the legal entity using the Service. The Service is for business use; consumer use is not supported.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@voidinc.ai if you become aware of unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree that, when using the Service, you will:
- Obtain all consents required under Australian law before contacting any individual, including under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, and the Spam Act 2003.
- Comply with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) calling-hours rules and the Do Not Call Register.
- Not use the Service to send unsolicited communications, harass, impersonate, deceive, or defraud any person.
- Not transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
- Not use the Service in any way that breaches Australian law or any applicable foreign law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of this section.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all content, contact lists, recordings, and other data you upload or generate via the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We act as a service provider with respect to Your Data; you remain the data controller. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use Your Data through the Service.
6. Billing
- Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD), ex-GST. 10% GST is added at checkout where applicable.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
- Per-call, per-minute, and per-SMS usage is charged against your credit balance.
- Refunds are at our discretion and provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
You authorise us to charge your stored payment method for all fees due.
7. Intellectual property
Void Inc. owns all rights in the Service, including the software, models, prompts, and brand. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
8. AI outputs
The Service uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI and ElevenLabs) to generate call audio, transcripts, summaries, and other content. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them and for any decisions made based on them.
9. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
- Where the Australian Consumer Law implies guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for breach of such a guarantee is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the Service or refunding the price paid for it.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, or data, regardless of theory of liability.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right (including privacy, anti-spam, and do-not-call laws).
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately for material breach (including non-payment or acceptable-use breach). On termination, you may export Your Data for 30 days; after that, we may delete it in accordance with our retention schedule.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
