Customer data vs personal data of third parties

When you use the Service to contact your own leads or customers, you remain the Data Fiduciary in respect of that data under the DPDP Act. KSVARAMP processes it on your instructions as a Data Processor. You are responsible for obtaining any consent and notice required under Indian law (including the DPDP Act, TRAI's Unsolicited Commercial Communications Regulations, and any sector-specific obligations) before contacting any individual through the Service.

Subprocessors

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service:

  • Google Cloud Platform — hosting and storage (asia-south1, Mumbai).
  • Razorpay — billing and subscription management.
  • TATA Tele Business Services (TTBS) — SIP carrier for outbound and inbound calls in India.
  • OpenAI — large-language-model processing for post-call analysis and AI agent reasoning.
  • ElevenLabs — speech-to-text and text-to-speech for the AI voice pipeline.
  • Zoho ZeptoMail — transactional email delivery (India region).
  • SendGrid — fallback transactional email delivery.

These subprocessors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security controls.

Where your data lives

Indian customer data, call recordings, and transcripts are stored in Google Cloud's asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Some processing (AI inference via OpenAI / ElevenLabs) occurs on infrastructure outside India operated by those providers; we use those providers under appropriate contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Account data: while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure for billing and legal-compliance purposes.
  • Call recordings and transcripts: 180 days by default. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
  • Tax and billing records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax law and the Companies Act, 2013.

Security

We use TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and a least-privilege production access model. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password and any API keys confidential.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses minimal cookies for region preference and anonymous analytics. The signed-in app uses an authentication-only session token. We do not run advertising trackers.

Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We will post any material change to this page and update the "Last updated" date above. For substantive changes, we will also email account holders.
